Greatest Dredg Album
the best dredg album has to be "Catch Without Arms". Every song on that album is just pure genius and so meaning full. Its just a CD that can be listened to over and over again!

"catch" was the cd that got me into dredg. i had never heard of them before hand. Fell in love with the entire album. Went out and bought el cielo and leitmotif immediately. Been listening ever since. Catch stayed in my cd player for over 2 years. lol. Love all their stuff, but the Pariah, Parrot, Delusion has been playing non stop since i got the album.

Catch Without Arms is a really good album, but for different reasons than their other work. El Cielo's a lot more expansive, sonically, and leitmotif has it's own little niche to fill as well. The new album seems to be a great mix of all their talents. Catchy potential singles (Catch Without Arms), intense rhythms (Leitmotif), and prog style lyrics with segues (El Cielo).

For me El Cielo is my no. 1 album of all time. It's such a trip and has even brought me to tears one of the first times I listened to it (Sanzen).
So I'd go with El Cielo, followed by Leitm. CWA and Pariah on the same spot because like stated before they are so different and have their own special moments.
Though my favorite song probably still is Symbol Song...
