It is never easy to move jobs. That takes courage and planning if you want to ensure things wull be manageable.

I remember when I was still in the HVAC business. I had to deal with air conditioning issues. Suffice it to say, it was not the best time. I soon shifted to another career; that's why I am pretty satisfied with what I have now. I am one of the plumbers in the area and I have to say I am contented with my decision.

So here I am again facing the same question: Will I take a new job? With a new job, I mean a career shift that would definitely give me something that my current work cannot provide. Money is a good factor, but it is not all about that. It's more of self worth and what you have to share for the whole organization generally.
