Hola Dredg buddies!!
I just heard Mark and Gavin on jamnow.com playing their acoustic set. It was by far one of the best acoustic sets i've heard by them so far. Mark played beautifully and Gavin just sounded amazing. I think they should make an all acoustic album. Like the Filmore album but with acoustic only. Live and in yo face!! It will make em' some bank! I think they should definitely look into that sort of release on their music. They are such wonderful musicians and them acoustically they are just as good as it sounds on the album (at times even better).
Peace Amigos!

These were always some of my favorite performances of that type. Not exactly acoustic but different still.

A new album would take years. An acoustic album would take probably no more than a week. I would love them to do one as well.

An acoustic album would be sweet.
I loved the acoustic songs they performed on Fuse a few years back.
Drew, Mark, & Dino.

yeah an acoustic album would rock!! Well babe I cant wait till we go see Dredg in a couple of weeks!!! Wooo Hooo!! First show of the tour!! Oh yeah... Babe, we have to buy Mark and Drew another round that day!!
Oh and yeah acoustic album would be the best album for them. Unplugged wouldn't be bad...but yeah new material or maybe even unused material from the new album or previous albums would be amazing. All would have to be re-recorded in acoustic and Dino could play the congas or some other percussion instrument.

Yeah let's just hope for a real album with new song instead of unplugged versions ot the old songs.
A Finnish band called Sydän, Sydän (Heart, Heart) have been doing albums with different styles. One was acoustic and the latest was electro. They still play those songs live with distorted quitars and stuff (and they sound really nice though different :).
