It's been a long time since I wrote a blog on the dredg site.

Had the chance to visit Japan in April. For three weeks I backpacked across the country with two of my friends. We rode trains, stayed in hostels, and ate lots of tasty and interesting things. It was some of the best time I've spent in my life. I'm making plans to go back. Slowly.

Other than that, I've been meeting lots of fun and interesting new people, working a lot, and having as much fun in my spare time.

Bluesfest (a local music festival) starts this week and there are a number of free shows. Going to be seeing Tokyo Police Club and Wintersleep this week. Next week is City and Colour.

I'm looking forward to it.
