    I'll go ahead and say no. As far as I know, this is taking place around the US, not just on the West Coast.

    Oh come on; I hate numbers =P. Anyway, I tried a whole bunch of things like assigning letters of the alphabet to each number, and I can't come up with anything. Congratulations to whoever can make something of this.... haha

    This is the closest thing I could come up with that couple possibly translate numbers to letters but there's a flaw if you try doing the last 3 numbers in the line (117). I tried have it go (a=1, b=2, etc), but it's way off as far as i could tell but this is the closest thing i can get. any other ideas?

    1072010001501315103810003300?6011613839459321251501500117

    a=0 b=1 c=2 d=3 e=4 f=5 g=6 h=7 i=8 j=9
    k=0 l=1 m=2 n=3 o=4 p=5 q=6 r=7 s=8 t=9
    u=0 v=1 w=2 x=3 y=4 z=5

    haha yeah, I tried using the 0's as spaces, or blanks; and i couldn't get anything out of it. I'm sure if enough people sit down and try different things, something will spark. There's so many different cipher type things that this could fall into, I don't even want to start.

    just going to throw this out there....if you take the numbers by sets of for, we have 7 sets before the ? and then 7 sets after the ? with only one repeat being 0150 in space 3 of the first group and space 6 of the second group

    i subtracted the second set from teh first to get nearly 5, 000, etc, etc, etc...

    it's a bit of a stretch but maybe that translates?

    Well there's 18 winners and there's 18 songs on PPD. Tried a couple things mentioned here but no progress. I just keep making my computer speak the numbers over and over - it sounds like it really matches up with long days and vague clues when played at the same time haha.
