Seems like a good idea, but I think clue #7 refers to the frequency of letters for each of the cities. If that is true then there cannot be 2 New Yorks.

oh yes. clue seven. i like the idea too that all the letters are the cities too but didn't get to eliminating cities for the list by that idea yet. and if so san francisco is the first to go since there's no F. im sure there are plenty other libraries with that address though. good point.

i would guess to look in two places.

    1) Salman Rushdie books (Maybe Drew wrote in one of them. Possibility since his essay was a inspiration to the band)

    2) Buddhism section of the library (not sure what books to look for but when I google cyclic uproar books
    I got this result.
-Buddhism in Translation: Passages Selected from the Buddhist Sacred Books 1915 By Henry Clarke Warren-)

    just a thought

I checked that Henry Clarke Warren book when I went...looked at every page. found nothing.

Didnt look for any Rushdie books. Not sure where I'd start.

I too looked through Buddhism: in Translation in the Seattle library (1000 4th ave) last week right after their show, there was nothing in it, or written in it. However I did not look though any Salaman Rushdie books.

is it done for me? or...or...are there TWO treasures in Texas?!?!

I live in AZ and no where near Houston. I was bored on a business trip and decided to give it a go in Houston instead of AZ. Drew is aware that I live in AZ and we have come to an agreement.
