Yep. Hard to tell if the question mark is a part of the numbers that we need to figure out or if it's maybe just a divider...
my first thought was coded latitude and longitude, divided by the question mark. But I could be totally wrong.

I think we all just get to sit around and wait for the next clue. It's hard to make anything of just a series of numbers without knowing what we are looking for.
