Gavin and Jackson Browne
Anyone else here think that there are subtle similarities between Gavin and Jackson Browne, I don't know I keep hearing "Running on Empty" and I hear Gavin singing. It's not 100% but it is enough to think that if he covered that song, there wouldn't be that much of a difference in terms of sound.

i rarely argue and I hate debating, i just relistened to it, and couldn't picture gavin doing it. I don't see the similarities there, Jackson's voice is a lot deeper. And to me a remake couldn't be done to sound like the original, the vocal structure would definately have to be changed. I don't want to be an ass, and say i know all. just commenting.
