Hello by Lionel Richie, covered by Dredg. Pretty frickin great song and a great cover by the band. Wish we could hear that again. I remember seeing a really crappy video of it, probably from a phone. Played at Cafe Du Nord in San Francisco a few years ago.

Thrice doing Helter Skelter. Sounds purdy good live; I'm just hoping they put out a studio version at some point...

That Thrice cover is pretty awesome.

Here's Luke Doucet covering The Cure's "Lovecats."

This is probably my favorite cover of all time. Tool did a cover of Led Zeppelin's No Quarter :)

That was at the Day One Symphony benefit concert. I'm going to ask David from Day One if he knows of any decent recordings.

    Quite alright. =)
No matter how my feelings for this band have changed over the years, I still think that System of a Down did an amazing cover of Snowblind by Black Sabbath.

being a metal head i find some amazingly good and bad covers of amazingly good and bad songs...
    GOOD ONES!!!
Iced Earth - Hallowed be thy Name
Demons and Wizards - Immigrant Song
Firewind - Maniac (its so friggin good)

    BAD ONES!!!
Too man to name... but i saw one of my friends band try and cover Thunderhoarse from Metalocalypse's Dethklok... it was like watching two panters on fire trying to hump a squirrel...

never seen Dredg do any covers at the shows I attended....but....I would love to see them put their own little twist on Teenager by Deftones. I could already see it.
