Itunes bonus tracks?

I noticed on the German itunes, there is a deluxe edition of the new album complete with 2 live acoustic tracks (Bug Eyes, Information) and 2 videos; the leaflets and the track by track interview. The videos don't bother me as much since I got the dvd but what bothers me really is that I can't purchase the 2 acoustic tracks because my account is canadian and I can't purchase songs in other countries. Is there any other way to obtain these songs? I heard the preview, there really good! I don't understand why they not only get the dvd of the videos, but also they get the bonus tracks and videos on itunes and North America got nothing.
