    well it all depends on what the points are gonna be used for and also how many you need when they say what they are for! but yeah i comment more on the forums than on blogs but get no points for that or postin new topics.

    actually, its not really that I want more points... I just want more substance in the Threads and Blogs...
    If blogs have points.. (whatever they are for).. I feel like people will just write out a quick blog with not big subject (not that they really need one i guess)... just for the points. And then neglect the threads.. because no points are given...

    who knows.. maybe its a bogus request... but for Forms / Posts / Comments / Blogs.. I think they should all have points or none should have points...

    I completely agree, blogs do not have to be related to anything, and can be nothing and you get points for them.

    If we were to get points for adding to discussions of live shows, or on topic dredg related material, it would add more substance to the site. I know I would stop checking the blogs all together and would spend more time over on the forums.

    yeah you can basically just give yourself comments and post non sense blogs and get points

    I totally agree too. There are a lot off topic blogs that have no real sence to be in the dredg site. And the forum is slow. It's kinda interesting how people do weird things just to get more points.

    There is a whole new master plan for the distribution of points. Not sure on when it is rolling out, but both forums and blogs will be affected.
